We take care of everything: the reservations and invoicing to the tenants, maintain contact with the tenants, arrange the reception and key delivery, registration of the guests to the Guardia Civil, providing of sheets & towels, 24 hour emergency service and much more.
- After each rental, the house is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned, so that the house is in perfect order for the next guests.
- You don't have to advertise or maintain a website yourself.
- We offer you peace of mind and (financial) security. As the owner, you are careful with your precious possession. Novadesta is therefore critical in accepting bookings and selective in receiving guests in your holiday home. We care about your home too!
- You will receive quarterly statements of the bookings that have been made on your home, which you can use for the tax return.
